At the request of the staff of the Ashland (Wisc.) Daily Press, we have set up a live video channel on its website at www.ashlandwi.com, using UStream.

The video channel can be found in the Media section.

The staff expressed interest in providing live video coverage of city council meeting, as well as other meetings involving the heated debate over a possible new mining operation in the area.

ACM Newsroom will be conducting a webinar at 1 p.m. CST Thursday, Feb. 16th, for any other editors interested in adding live video to their digital content using UStream’s services.
